Snow Removal
How do snow removal contracts work?
We offer seasonal flat-rate contracts that run from November through April. You pay a fixed monthly fee and we handle all snowfall events automatically. No need to call us. We monitor weather 24/7 and deploy when accumulation hits your plan's trigger threshold (3cm or 5cm depending on your package).
How fast do you respond during a storm?
Contract customers on our Standard and Premium plans are on priority routes. We typically begin service within 2 hours of the accumulation trigger. During major storms, we run continuous cycles until the event ends. Basic plan customers are serviced within 4 hours.
Do you offer eco-friendly de-icing?
Yes. Our Standard and Premium plans include the option for eco-friendly, pet-safe, and plant-safe de-icing products. These alternatives are gentler on concrete, gardens, and the environment while still providing effective ice management. Just let us know your preference when you sign up.

Are you fully insured?
Absolutely. Toro Maintenance carries $5 million in commercial general liability insurance and full WSIB coverage for all crew members. We are happy to provide a certificate of insurance on request, which is often required for commercial and strata contracts.
Can I cancel my contract?
Yes. We require 30 days written notice for cancellation. There are no early termination penalties. We believe in earning your business every season, not locking you into unfair terms.

We serve Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph, Elmira, New Hamburg, Baden, St. Jacobs, Wellesley, and surrounding communities in the Region of Waterloo and Wellington County.

What landscaping services do you offer?
We offer lawn care and mowing, garden bed maintenance, spring and fall cleanups, mulching, hedge trimming, hardscape construction (patios, retaining walls, walkways), pond construction and maintenance, and full landscape design and installation.
Do you offer year-round maintenance packages?
Yes! We offer combined landscaping + snow removal packages that cover your property year-round. Bundle and save — ask us about our 4-season maintenance plans when you request a quote.
